It has been 10 weeks and I have lost 8 pounds. I was hoping to have lost 2 more pounds, but I did not follow my diet at all for two weekends and that has caused this. It is all my fault, so I have to get back on track. I drank several beers on the weekend, so those empty calories did nothing for me diet wise.
