What gets to me about the solar technology is the cost. I really want to put solar throughout my property. I want to in suburban San Diego “off” the grid as it were.  I am hoping that my city starts that new proposal to let property owners charge energy efficient upgrades to their property taxes.  This will allow me to mitigate the cost and pass it on to the next buyer, if I ever sell.

I look forward to the USA leading the technology away from fossil fuels and into renewable like solar.  But we have to do it cost effective, as the cost of living is starting to kill us all.
