So I don’t get these allegations.  They are saying that Dell sold these broken computers and they all failed at the same time. I am not saying that Dell didn’t know they were defective, but they all failed at the same time?  Oh and the loss of the computers is worth 40 million dollars? I just don’t know that is realistic.  Maybe I am missing something. Don’t think so.
