I love this guys blog.  He really writes good things about money and how you can use your money wisely.  In the article below he goes over three different ideas on new banks.  With banks now trying to take every nickel and dime they can from you, these banks are nice alternatives to old fat cat brick and mortal banks.  I personally have been using SmartyPig and love the heck out of it.  I don’t go on Facebook and beg for money from friends and family, but it is still a place where you can make 2.15% on your money easily.  I can’t find any short term (read: liquid) CD’s that return that. 

So give it a read, I found it fun to read.
