Supreme Court Hears Violent Video Game Case Nov. 2

So it seems that the Supreme Court will hear the case that California is proposing to penalize businesses for selling violent games to underage children.  The ESRB has been doing a good job rating games in my opinion, so I am not sure why this is necessary.  So far this law has been squashed for violating First Amendment rights.  I think that, in light of the current justices on the Supreme Court, they will continue to uphold the lower court’s decisions.  Lets hope that First Amendment rights are upheld.
