Very good article and interview of Hank Keirsey.  Former Lt. Col. and has been advising on the CoD games for a while now.  Came across as a nice guy who is interested in getting it right.  He also discusses the moral obligations of the product weighed against the business of the product as well.  I found the guy engaging and intelligent.
