If you have not seen this series on Discovery I would suggest you take some time and watch it or record it. BrewMasters is just good TV.  The series came out on November 2010, so it has been out for quite a while.  I finally watched them from my DVR. 

The show is about DogFish Head Brewery’s Sam Calagione and what fun beers he makes.  He is very passionate about brewing and the fun things you can use in beer.  Some of the episodes are about him and his brewing teams exploring brewing history of other cultures. I found the episodes very fun and interesting.  They teach a good deal about brewing in general and explain everything that is going on and what they are doing.  Knowing some of what they are doing, I found it interesting to hear even though.  

I cannot recommend it more. Watching this show makes me want to brew again.
